Stephen Ferrie of iSpi Trade explained a recent project and the success this particular estate agent has achieved using LED Window Displays units. He explained “We were approached by a signage installer who had been asked by their client to look at updating the window display across their multiple estate agency retail units throughout the UK. One issue that emerged during those early conversations was that in most of their locations, footfall was still high after normal daytime retail hours.

Day and night, our illuminated cable systems offered a perfect solution. From the initial planning stage consultations, we worked with our client to address window shapes and visibility to ensure the best layout of schedules using the systems. We knew that some properties required more prominence; the property of the week, home going to the closing date and new to the market homes. We recommended a mixture of A4 and A3 size panels, along with portrait and landscape variations to enable the estate agency to promote these leader properties, whilst having easy flexibility to rotate daily.

The business reviewed the prototypes of the products and realised that they could make a significant impact on customers. Even when the shops were closed, they can still make contact, show customers where to find out more online and book viewings.
